Tin Viet considers the practicing interns as the future foundation of our company. We believe that the growth and achievement of each young lawyer will be developed best, through direct involvement with experienced lawyers in specific cases. To become a praticing intern, candidates must meet the following conditions, criteria and procedures:
a. Criteria and conditions for practicing intern:
- Completing law bachelor programs at university in Vietnam
- Completing the lawyer skills training course at the Judicial Academy or another authorized training institution.
- Fluency in English.
- Preference is given to law applicants who are acquainted with other fields, and have an outstanding academic record.
b. Procedures of practicing intern recruitment
Information about recruitment at Tin Viet will be posted on our website.
- Application file includes:
- – Application letter (English and Vietnamese).
- – CV attached photo 3×4 (English and Vietnamese).
- – Transcripts and degrees you have obtained up to the date of application.
- – Other files and documents requested by the Vietnam Bar Federation.

Process of recruitment:
Step 1: The Coordinator will assess the candidate application file, the coordinator schedule an interview and check for candidates who meet the requirements of Tin Viet.
Step 2: Within two (02) weeks, candidates will attend the interview directly with the Employment Council appointed by the coordinator. The Employment Council may ask the candidate to take other tests. The interview will be made either in English or Vietnamese.
Step 3: Within two (2) weeks after the interview, the coordinator will send a notice to the candidate about the decision of the interview. If the candidate is qualified and accepted, a Practicing Intern Contract will be sent to candidate for review and signing. If you agree with the content of the contract, the candidate will confirm the approval via email to the coordinator, then sign and return the original copy of the probation contract to the coordinator on the first working day at Tin Viet.
